I'm Katie Furneaux, and I'm glad you've found your way here. At Mind and Body Language, my work centres on a single, profound idea: your body is constantly communicating with you — through physical sensations, emotions, and patterns of behaviour.

By tuning into that communication, we can identify the root causes of discomfort or distress rather than managing symptoms. Using a combination of scientifically-backed methods — including hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and advanced regression — I guide you through a process of genuine self-awareness and lasting self-regulation.

I believe your body is not broken. It is a dynamic, intelligent system that has adapted to stress, trauma, and life experience. Together, we work to understand that adaptation — and gently resolve it.

Drawing on the full range of her training, Katie designs each treatment specifically around you: your history, your patterns, and what your body needs most. The methods below are the tools she may draw from, woven together in whatever combination serves you best.

My goal is to provide a safe, scientifically-informed space to explore these experiences without judgement. Using hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP, we'll identify what your body has been carrying, understand why, and work toward genuine resolution - not just management.

This is not about revisiting pain for its own sake. It is about restoring your relationship with yourself - so you can be fully present in your life and your motherhood.
